How a work becomes public.
The process is iterative, but its boundaries are simple: observe, explore, review and publish.

Observe
A question opens a field. Notes, references and existing forms are gathered without forcing a conclusion.

Explore
Comparisons, diagrams and experiments make relationships visible and keep alternatives open.

Review
Claims, sources and boundaries are checked. What remains uncertain stays named as uncertain.
- 04
Publish
A selected work becomes citable and enters the Library. The unfinished research remains in the Repository.
Editorial threshold
Publication is a transition, not the end of research.
The Repository may contain drafts, experiments and unresolved questions. The Library contains public works. Neither status turns an idea into evidence by itself.
